Gil So-Myeong was forced to study every day without any break time, and her mother didn’t allow her to hang out with friends or even eat candies even though Gil So-Myeong was just 13 years old. And that is not all. Over time, her mother started obsessing over every little thing, and she forced her own son to move out of the house because he played video games. 

Over time, Gil So-Myeong’s relationship with her mother worsened, and her brother was forced to leave her house at the age of 12 one day. When her mother was being kind to her brother for no reason, her brother was found dead under a frozen lake.

Gil So-Myeong was the first person to discover her brother’s body, and after performing CPR on him, Myeong realized that her brother had not drowned at all, and she could only sense apple juice. 

This made So-Myeong sure that her mother had killed her own son, her brother, because he wasn’t listening to her with poison or choking, and her mother was always watching So-Myeong destroying all the evidence related to her brother’s death. So-Myeong silently prepared to take revenge on her own mother. 

Look-Alike Daughter is a Korean Webcomic or Manhwa Comic written by YIDAHM and drawn by YIDAHM while following the genres of Horror, Mystery, Psychological, and School Life.

This series was initially released in 2021, is published by Naver, featured in the magazine Naver Webtoon (Naver), and is currently not licensed in English.
